Smoke Detector
A big thank you to Richard & Derrius for stopping my smoke detector from beeping & yelling firer firer firer. There was no... firer. Its now doing its thing quietly. Both men polite & were kind enough to explain to me how to shut off the detector when it goes off for the wrong reasons. Thank you

Very grateful to the response when my air conditioning went out last weekend. .. Lewis (Louis) worked until he got it running.... The front office team of Eugene, Lloyda and Claudia are always friendly and accommodating. They are happy to help. They not only listen to what you are saying, they actually hear you as well. The maintenance team of Darius, Rod and Ray are equally as fantastic. They respond to every request quickly and with a smile. The Oaks on the Lake has a true TEAM. Posted On: 12/2/2023I call this place "my paradise", I love The Oaks on The Lake. I have been living in this place for a year and 9 months and... the experience has been wonderful. It is a very quiet, clean complex, the surroundings are beautiful, I feel like I am living in a resort permanently. The maintenance team is awesome. Loyda and Eugene are very friendly and are always willing to attend to the needs of the residents, they always give their best so that the residents are satisfied with having chosen this place to live. Application was done effortlessly and with positive reactions. Loyda has been my main contact and Eugene has answered questions and did my walk through. I was lucky enough to have Loyda answer my email! From the moment I met her I felt at home. She was extremely helpful &... patient. She always had a smile on her face with all the questions I had. I never felt like a bother. The entire staff is wonderful & helpful. I HIGHLY recommend The Oaks for a 55+ community. They are always having activities & everyone has been friendly. The apartments are beautiful & spacious. The pool area is fantastic, the views are beautiful, & the amenities are out of this world. The location is perfect. It's quiet with anything you need at your fingertips. Publix is within walking distance. Posted On: 6/17/2023Thinking of renting here???? Do NOT Hesitate!!! Sign up before the last few apartments are taken!! I waked in unannounced... with no appointment on a Sunday early afternoon, was greeted promptly by a gentleman named Kyle. You see, I've been searching for an apartment in this area for almost three months now and a friendly greeting is unheard of at other locations locally....... Kyle immediately questioned my needs and desires. He then took me on a tour of the property pointing out all the features and benefits this property has to offer. He made me aware of the current lease specials and gave me an extensive tour of apartments available. Kyle did not try to pressure me into making an immediate decision, instead he gave me his number and offered any assistance he could for the future..... The bottom line is, I called Kyle the next day and signed a lease by the end of the week!!!! I have been a retail business manager/owner during the past 40 years. I have never had such outstanding service as I have received from Kyle ever in my past. He demonstrates the true definition of "customer service". He truly went above and beyond when helping me with my home search. Kyle is an asset to the company and should be commended for his outstanding professionalism!! In Summary: Although I have only been here for two weeks, I would highly recommend you meet Kyle and have him show you around....... You won't regret a decision to move in!!!Read More about
